Since joining in 2006, Emilie has held a number of leadership roles across the business and, today, she heads up innocent’s ‘Force for Good’ function in the UK, which focuses on the brand’s commitment to people and planet.
Emilie became a fan of innocent after discovering them as a student at Cambridge University when they sponsored her end-of-year ball and she left the dance floor with armful of smoothies to share with her fellow housemates. She joined the team a few years later to lead the successful launch of innocent in her native France. Since then, Emilie has worked across innocent’s sales & marketing teams, both in France and the UK, leading on the launch of new products and campaigns, including the London 2012 Olympics. In 2021, Emilie became innocent’s Head of Force for Good – the brand’s UK voice for their many nutritional and sustainability initiatives, including their commitment to becoming carbon nutral by 2025 and building its state-of-the-art new carbon-neutral Blender in Rotterdam.
Emilie has more than 15 years of experience, previously working at AC Nielsen in Paris and in international development in the field in Cameroon, Peru and Chile.
